After password protected the html page, the non-English words were all scrambled and can\'t be read in its original form or any other form.  The links are all there, but the context are all nonsense or non-recognizable.  I\'ve tried the online encryption with that same webpage, and the result are OK! With on-line Password Protect/Encode HTML, all the encoded / protected html pages are readable (with non-English context).]]></description>
